Good Points
Everything happened according to plan, communication was good, the price was reasonably OK.

Bad Points
Their 0870 number is expensive to use and it is true that the staff can be difficult to understand sometimes. They seem to be operating out of India, but suggest that they are in London. Some people might have an issue with this and I understand why.

General Comments
I think I got lucky. In my case, everything was fine with Southall Travel. They sent me the travel details when they said they would and even rang me when some changes had to be made by the airline. Perhaps they have taken on board the bad press they seem to have been getting and decided to do something about it?
