Decided to return my computer in person for its repair. Cannot fault the service, speed and friendliness of the engineer who dealt with me. I had the additional service of a phone call to check that I had successfully set it up on my return home. I hadn't - but the engineer talked me through my mistake, and all was solved! I really appreciate and am most grateful for that additional help.
The missing star is only due to the phone service, which in no way matched the technical help. When I called to arrange my visit, the directions were not clearly given, and when I got lost on the day and rang for help, none was forthcoming.
