“Empty promise”

i had bought some cat and dog food from Pets at home Tuesday. I expected the parcel yesterday however I waited in all day today only to find they had put a card through the door to say I wasn't in.
I was sat on the sofa waiting with the bell next too me.
I rand up Parcel force who said they would re deliver Monday. Told them it a
Was cat and dog food and I needed it today.
The operator promised me the driver would call on his way home ringing me first.
It's now 7pm can't see him calling now. Having to go to supermarket to buy food after spending £52 at Pets at Home. Not blaming them but do blame Parcel force for a sloppy service and a empty promise. If he turns up I will give them 5 stars. Somehow can't see it. So for now it's a 1 star.
