“CHECK YOUR BOOKING WITH HOTEL YOU MIGHT NOT BE STAYING...”

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BOOKINGS..RING THE HOTEL YOU THINK YOU HAVE BOOKED TO CHECK THEY HAVE THE BOOKING.VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NOT BE GETTING IT.

We found out the hotel we were going to was closed during our stay (by some luck) .. we contacted OnTheBeach and told them...they said it was open.. We even contacted the hotel and received an email from the hotel stating they were closed and had no record of the booking.. ONTHEBEACH still said they have confirmation in writing it was open... so TWICE ONTHEBEACH did not check anything. THEY HAD ONLY GONE AND BOOKED THE WRONG HOTEL WITH A SIMILAR NAME IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. its beyond belief!!!!!

Best of all, even when you send them the evidence they still come back with wrong information. They dont bother to check the details or the booking to ensure they tally up....nor do they care.. They would happily ignore your concerns for you to fly off to a destination your not familiar with to a hotel that is not open.

It has taken over 6 weeks, 2 denials from ONTHEBEACH operations that the hotel was closed, to even hint at an acknowledgement they were wrong.

They dont get back to you quick either...6 weeks is far too long to resolve a simple query...a telephone call to the hotel would have resolved all issues (we did).. but Onthebeach wouldnt even do that.

If you book with these fools.....double check everything... even check the holiday vouchure you get as the hotel that is stated on there...may not be the one your actually booked into. They cant be bothered to check any details....and if you get a good holiday out of them...it will be by luck rather than due diligence and professionalism.

Dont do it....go somewhere else....if your a family or elderly and you book a holiday...you dont need to double check all the details. it was by luck we found out the hotel was closed...If we didnt know...we would have been marooned... and would they have helped us....by other reviewers statements.....no!! therefore too much of a risk.

For your info..im still awaiting a resolution
