“Most rubbish customer service I came across is BT. ”

There are many companies I have come across in life who's customer services arent that good. But believe me I have never came across a company who is rubbish as by. I wish there was a policy were I could sue this company. I was on the phone with them on and off for Mrs the 6 hours in one day and they couldn't resolve one problem. I was joking them for 2nd time and out of no were they said that I have an outstanding balance with them. Which was not possible as I was a direct debit customer and payments were going to them monthly. I will always tell my friends and family to never join BT. I will never say a single good word about this company as the experience I had was abouslty rubbish. Even if this company offers there service for free I will never join this company. The worst company ever is BT. I would rather have a company with less facilities but better service.
