“As Bad as other reviews suggest AVOID!!”

Phoned up and paid my £17.50 deposit but just before wrapping my Ipad to post it off a sixth sense made me check the on-line reviews. Very unhappy about the number of complaints and the staggering similarity of the issues mentioned I phoned them back within 10 minutes and told them to cancel my booking and refund my money.The deposit is non refundable. You can't have it back"
I tried to raise a disputed transaction with my bank but they didn't want to know and referred me to trading standards. Trading standards emailed me back to say that under the Contracts Home or Place of Work etc Regulations 2008 they have to return my deposit and what they are doing is a criminal offence.
I will pursue these people to the ends of the earth. They will regret mucking me about. They chose the wrong person.
They have been sent the standard letter in the post by recorded delivery today.
