The branch in Stirling has just completely embarrassed us in front of other customers when we tried to exchange a gold bracelet for a silver one (I only wear silver but my little girl got me a gold one for my birthday as it was pretty so I put it on for an hour for her benefit) however the staff didn't listen to us or accept we were genuine, they misheard my partner and accused him of saying that I had it on for a night whereas he said an hour, then they said it was very dull and we must've sprayed it with a chemical!? Very insulted and angry and won't be buying my engagement or wedding rings from here now!!
