“Customer service very disappointing”

Despite several fittings before the wedding, one of the suits when picked up from the shop, was for a 10 year old boy!! We were told we had to come back to the shop on the morning of the wedding to sort it out. When we returnedthe suits to the Cambridge shop, after keeping us waiting (even though no one was in the shop) the staff member was extremely rude and arrogant. I would never recommend them.
