“Hermes do not deliver when they state they do”

On several occasion Hermes has sent me e-mails that state they have successfully delivered a parcel. I haven't received it so check the tracking information on their website. Their tracking states the parcel was delivered at a specific time. We check our CCTV and this confirms no parcel delivered or even a delivery van anywhere near our property at the time Hermes state the parcel was delivered. The time wasted checking the validity of the e-mails from Hermes is worse that the late delivery.
