“I felt cheated”

They were lovely and apparently efficient on the phone at the time of the reservation, but when we arrived at the car rental place we found that we had been cheated. We wasted the whole morning, eventually cancelled the reservation and we only hope they will refund our deposit - if not I will have plenty more to say on this site....
