I bought a wedding dress from the site. It was very delayed which was not what I expected as they promised a shipping of 4-6 days only!
I paid an extra £25 for the postage and a few days later paid another £4. They did not inform me about the postage delay and the extra money I had to pay.
The customer service is very rude and do not take any responsibility.
Upon receiving the dress, it was nothing like what I bought. The colour is different and the design of the beadings are different to what is presented on the website.
I contacted them again and got nothing but an email saying: I suggest you keep the dress!!!!
I am very disappointed by their customer service as they are not honest and they are not professional. They do not pay any respect to their customer and very much falsely advertise their products.
Does anyone know how I can get a full refund and if they know any companies that are willing to help me with this situation.
