“You Need an Interpreter”

I have used this salon before and been very happy with the service and price. On this occasion I arrived at Supercuts in Staines and told the hairdresser I needed a cut and colour. I was told to take a seat and waited for an hour and fifteen minutes for my turn. Once in the chair I was asked what I wanted and I started to explain the colour I wanted to be told 'No colour. No colour in store until tomorrow'. I told her I had clearly asked for a colour when I arrived so why had she wasted 75 minutes of my time. I was told 'I thought you want cut'. Clearly the language difference is a real issue in this salon and I will not be going back. I found a proper hairdresser in Chertsey and had a great job done.
