“5hr delay”

Indicated 60-90 min. Rescue people were held up.Operator failed to communicate. Fuel specialist was inexplicably cancelled.
The rescue was then reorganised to deliver my car to my home - over 3 hrs later. The fuel specialist then arrived after 9.30 pm at my home.Communication & organisation, on this occasion was abysmal & I am wholly dissatisfied that it took over 5 hrs to resolve this issue.
The technicians were excellent & professional.
