“Installation problems”

Having purchased the Mercedes Benz on line manual for electronic download my first problem encountered was my own p.c. the download failed as the speed was so slow. I then purchased the disc's but unfortunately there was a corrupt file on disc 1 part 2 so I enlisted the help of E Manuals help team.
It didn't quite stop there. My working day does not co-inside well with the help team, never the less we overcame that problem and over I think it was 4 link ups the help team successfully installed the manual. They spent a lot of time with me and did a cracking job. Thanks for a job well done.
Am I pleased. I should say so!
I'm not a computer wiz kid, I can get around but the installation did require two other programs to enable me to look at the manual. WinZip and VMware. Both available freely (non commercial) but boy they had me stumped.
Might have been better had I known this first. Well outside my comfort zone.
That said all is now well.
