All worked as planned although the handover process at the start is very convoluted as I had to examine over a dozen bumps / scratches / dings and agree their location and then debate additional bumps / scratches / dings that I identified - when it came to hand the car back the chap gave the car a cursory glance and waved me on my way !

Finding the return point is v simple (follow signs for "Comfort parking" - no, no idea why it is called that - from a mile or two from the airport)

Car was different to that quoted - Audi A3 instead of the Merc A class- but was fine, apart from some serious damage to the door (see above)

Overall a good experience
