I ordered a phone case online expecting quick delivery. When I hadn't received anything after 10 days I contacted them. After a couple of unanswered emails they told me it must have been lost, (and tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my email!) They then offered to send another one that would take 3-4 weeks to be back in stock. I rejected this and asked for a refund, to which they responded that they would just send a replacement.
I have now been chasing for my refund for 3 weeks with no response to email or phone, and they have an out of office response to email.
Disgusting customer service, wouldn't recommend using to anyone.
