“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

i went into the North Finchley branch with a budget of £24,000 to buy a new kitchen. I wasn't greeted by either of the two members of staff, so I decided to be the polite one and said hello.

I saw many samples of kitchen units and all the electrical items but still, no one came to serve me. The shop's phone rang and one of the staff answered it and proceeded to serve whomever was on the other end.

If the shop does not survive for much longer, it is down to the disastrous level of service. There was NONE. I have found another kitchen showroom and am very happy that I did not stick around for Glowtech to do me a favour and serve me.

Will not return and certainly not recommend.
