Slow puncture. Left tyre/wheel with Kwik fti in Wandsworth. Phone call indicated I needed a new tyre and "if I approved it, the wheel would be ready for me when I came to collect it". Returned next day by agreement - wheel NOT ready. Had to wait 15 minutes whilst they dealt with "existing customers" and then tyre changed in 2 minutes WITHOUT balancing.
