I have just booked flights with Opodo and they have charged me £97.55 extra for no reason. Customer services are not very helpful. I have sent 2 emails and no response. Furthermore I selected hold luggage and paid for it but when I go to easyjet and Thomas Cook website it says I have no hold luggage and need to pay extra. Customer service have advised me that it is not their problem. Never using Opodo again.
