I am writing this as i feel so strongly that people should be well aware of the risks that your holiday will be ruined by this company.



I booked a holiday in 2010 through hayes. Unfortunatley the flight company went bust. did hayes tell me? no. i found out on the tv! they have still not refunded all of the money yet (booked 18 months ago). they have failed to respond to my requests for information.



Book with them at your peril. horrendous experience as far as i am concerned.
