“Firefly, horrible experience!!”

I rented a car from Firefly using Expedia. I can't begin to tell everyone how horrible they are. Don't try to call, they won't answer. They do not supply GPS units, you have to rent them at $119.00 a week. Use your smartphone or bring your own. No shuttle service for early flights. Employees have the personality of a cross between a pit bull and a cobra. The vehicles are old and are not clean. I could go on, but hopefully you get the point. This is the San Francisco airport facility.
