Parcel left on door step in full view of the street. Tracking states left in porch which there isn't one.
Contacted Hermes to request they remind their couriers to leave parcels in secure place.
Although they are contracted by the supplier to deliver the parcel to quote "Although it is Hermes delivering the parcel, Vet UK do not outsource their Customer Service to us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused". One can surmise the following.
1. Complaints are not taken seriously.
2. they have no customer service
3. Their complaints procedure is rubbish
