“Very disappointed”

The delivery will get to you on time but thats the only thing good about purchasing from house of Fraser online.
I bought a product online and they shipped the wrong item, i have since been trying to get a refund for this item. A month and 6 phone calls later i have still have received my refund.
Their customer service is horrible!!! they told me to email proof of postage for the return to a particular email address only to receive failed delivery notification. after calling customer service back, i was told the email address does not allow incoming mail.
Very disappointed and still have not received my refund
