“Shockingly Poor Experience ”

After reading all the genuine 1 star reviews on here (I doubt the 5 star reviews are genuine) I can absolutely agree with everyone's comments, I had a very similar experience to a lot of people on here - extremely poor communication, poor choice of venue, over priced. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using Chilli Sauce to avoid at all costs. I booked a dance class and karaoke both in Newcastle, the quality of the dance class was shocking, the instructor didn't know what she was doing and it was in a function room of a hotel with no changing facilities, it was really awkward and not at all what we had asked for. We had to pay for the parking which we hadn't been told about, the Karaoke was really overpriced. I felt awful that my group had to pay for such a poor experience, I have complained to chilli sauce and given feedback and haven't had any reply from them..... disgusting.
