Two weeks of begging for my 6yrs no claims discount document. Customer service is nil spent hours on phone at premium rate ( 0844 ) all I got its in the post or its been sent by email even had phone put down on me. Had to contact my insurance company direct it was sorted within 5mins.
They where happy to take my money every year since 2009 but because I found a better broker and better insurance at half the price they didn't like it. # PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY AND OUT OF POCKET #
