They made me pay for Taxes and duties on my own product that my parents sent me after my holidays. They stated they have asked if my parents wanted to pay for the duty. Not true as my charger cost me the double price and if we knew from the beginning the cost I would have bought a new one. Awful and unhelpful customer Service which don't even understand when we speak in English. Simply don't use them
