“AWFUL SERVICE DO NOT USE”

I ordered flowers for my mother's anniversary with same day delivery which I paid an extra £8 for. The flowers were a day late and I emailed to say they would not be fit for purpose for this reason. They were delivered anyway and left on the doorstep - giving me no chance to reject them on delivery. When I called to ask for a refund I was told I was only entitled to a 50% refund as I had accepted the flowers. I said this was not acceptable as they flowers were useless to me a day late and I had made this clear before they were delivered. I was also told the reason the flowers were late was because there was none of the correct vases available on the day however no body had called to explain this or to warn me that the gift I had ordered for my mother would be late, and now I am expected to may 50% despite the fact that teh situation has been caused by consecutive mistakes made by the company. I was told I would receive a call back from a manager as there was no one available at the time. I am still waiting for this call and have yet to receive any refund at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE - DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!
