Once we found the place the pick up was relatively smooth although i hadn't brought 2 home bills but they accepted emails which were sent from home. The car was excellent. Staff very friendly, just a very positive experience and I would highly recommend using them again. I should have asked for more explanation of how to use the sat nav as had to go to a garage and ask someone to show me how. Hadnt driven an automatic for years but easy to pick up. Hope to buy an automatic at now.! Plus very reasonably priced.
