“KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THIS LOT”

Customer service total wast of time , I sent the an email clearly stating what had gone wrong IE charged three times for same product ,no response to this, sent them another email, and another and another,three days later got an email saying your problem has been resolved case closed,but they haven't done anything,no refunds no goods no nothing , I had already rung my credit card company and PayPal advising them of the situation,PayPal are looking into what the hell is going on with this lot,
TAKE MY ADVISED AND STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS LOT CHECK THE INTERNET AS THERE IS MUCH BETTER DEALS OUT THERE AND PHONE NUMBERS THAT WORK
