“Purchasing home insurance”

Very pleasant and friendly person on the end of the phone who answered all my questions clearly and concisely, checking when unsure of one answer. The product is excellent value for money giving me enhanced cover on my previous policy at a lower cost. One thing I found very useful was going through the types of locks I have on my external doors - I have never been able to say for sure before that I was using the correct ones for quotes/policies but now I am certain I have it right - being able to have someone describe the type of locks it could be and give me a wider choice was great.
Overall, for a tedious job that has to be done, it was good experience. The key test will be next year and whether the renewal quote shoots up like they normally do!
