After spending nearly 2k on a log cabin i would expect some customer service, unfortunately there is none apart from bad. If you have a problem you need to email them and wait and wait and wait until they can be bothered to email an answer that normally means you need to ask something else and so it goes on. the supplied instructions are rubbish which means you need to ask questions. Do yourself a favour and find another company who sell the same thing.
