“Absolute rubbish”

Paid for the unlocking service, followed the instructions. Absolute and utter rubbish!! Our telco "Telstra" also absolute useless mongrels... I paid for a phone to take overseas, paid for a travel SIM, paid FreeUnlocks, and I have no phone to supply my 75 year old parents with for the trip they've saved their whole life for. And I'm out of pocket hundreds of dollars for rubbish that doesn't work!!! I'm really, really pissed!!!
