From the airport pick up to the drop off, the experience with Drivalia was very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful giving directions, and keeping you informed of what was happening. We paid for everything up front which was a very competitive price, and got a great car. This made everything quick as there was no extra's or deposits to sort out.
On return there was a long queue waiting for transfer, the staff were very proactive in reducing this queue by, quickly getting extra cars and buses in use for transfers.
We will definitely use them again.
