“ADDICTED!!!”

I couldn't be any happier being a member of Chesapeake's ILKB! The owners and instructors are so positive, encouraging and knowledgeable. The workouts are intense but awesome! You will certainly sweat like crazy but even if you walk away with your muscles aching, you will want to come back for more. Another unexpected benefit to joining ILKB is the connections and friendships you will form with other members. As a full-time working mother of three, I rarely do things outside of work and family life. ILKB has made me find time to fit the workouts into my schedule (I go 4-5 times a week) because I love the workouts, instructors and being with the other members I've become friends with!
