“Didn't unlock my phone ”

i was told by a friend at this services is good and works so i paid to have my iPhone 6 plus unlock and i recived an email 3weeks later stating my iPhone was unlocked yet to find out that it wasn't unlocked .. and i still can not use my iPhone.
I have no other way to contact people and my whole business is on my phone
NOT HAPPY

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUBBISH ASWELL

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS SERVICE
