When I called through to explain my pet had had an accident and let them know my claim would be over 1k, the person on the phone was helpful and reassuring. My claim, which came to them in several parts, was speedily handled in a matter of days in each instance as the bits got to them. The only thing that stopped me giving a 5 was the lack of a 24 hour hotline - it would be good to know at the time of an accident, no matter what time it happens, that you're covered, rather than waiting till the next morning / office hours to ask.
With hindsight I would have got more extensive cover as it never occurred to me it was possible to spend more than the amount I had allowed for.
