I recently received a first (and last) order from Lookfantastic. It arrived damaged marked by the U.S. Postal Service. I have spent way too much of my time trying to contact their Customer Service Department and also that of The Hut Group. I've now come to the conclusion that I'm either going to have to drop the matter or dispute the charge on my credit card. Don't order from this company; I've now read this is VERY common when dealing with this company. Signed, Fed Up
