Small. The Bad outweights the Good!
Nokia Tech Support doesn't exist at all? Still expensive for a monochome LCD display unit.
The Nokia 8310 mobile phone's tech support probably doesn't exist when their phones are designed by so-called "fashion designers"? They never bother to respond to customers' complain even so when the phone is still under warranty. While the 8310 is monochrome LCD, their color display counterparts (at the time of writing this) are of low resolution but highly priced as well.
Talktime battery life for 8310 is marginally poor as compared to the old 6150. Other irritating things in the 8310 include:
1)the famous 24hr clock that still displays the "0" at the first digit when in the 12hr mode,
2)irritable click noise heard on the headset when switching off the built-in radio,
3)Calender that can't be "viewed all" as in the 8210,
4)Turns Off by itself then enter into Keylock mode after it powers up itself,
5)clock loses its track of time,
6)8310 "hangs" and the battery needs to be removed as it can't be reset or turned Off.
7)original covers that are expensive but break just as easily as the cheap cloned ones.
Nokia if you are reading this, I think you'd better improve your phone quality and most importantly... beef up your tech support internationally or else face the consequences of losing all your customers to other brands from Asian countries (which incidentally are of better built, quality and at affordable price)!
