After learning that Albany and HelpHire were going to be handling my 'no fault' case I looked up current reviews for them, and most don't make pleasant reading. However the service I received was very different to the ones others had complained about.
Albany were very professional over the phone, also only contacting me when essential. The repair work on my car took just under a week, and for this duration Helphire provided me with a courtesy car. It was of very good quality and was delivered and picked up on time.
I have experienced no issues with Admiral, Albany or HelpHire throughout my claim process, and so would recommend them to others. Do not necessarily be put off by some of the bad reviews around, as they certainly didn't reflect my experience! 10/10
