We are finally changing away from Scottish Power - their customer service has been beyond terrible. Through a simple mistake by my landlord while moving in, my first name was misspelled - this was not fixed at any stage by Scottish Power. Furthermore the bills pretty much just turned up when they wanted with zero transparency and sometimes my email account was notified, sometimes it wasn't. I'm absolutely delighted that we're finally getting rid of this and would urge anyone who doesn't have the time for catastrophic customer service and doesn't have the money for far too high prices in comparison to competitors to stay away from Scottish Power. Really cannot understand how Scottish Power is still running.
