“Awful new taste”

What have you done to gold blend. I have always bought gold blend but the newly labelled jars taste truly awful. Even the smell is bad. It has a bitter after taste and a burnt flavour. Bring back the old one. Lots of customers have complained. I have searched for old stock as I always bought gold blend but now there is none to be found. I will be switching brands. Please listen to your customers.
