“Awful service and rude customer service”

I ordered the 2-3 bedroom packing set on the 6th July 2015. It took a week to arrive although they advertise as next day delivery. The package was missing everything other than the boxes and a sofa protector that was ordered alongside the package. On inspection of the boxes 5 were not cut properly and poor quality. After phoning twice and being told on two separate occasions that they had sent out the missing items, today I have phoned for a third time as we have still not received any updated delivery. Poor customer service and not willing to offer a refund/part refund for their mistakes. I am willing to excuse something missing but for it to take three separate phone called and promised delivery to get the goods you expected almost a month ago it seems unfair. Waiting to see if they do arrive as promised tomorrow.
