“Great Quality Top Service”

We've used Jackson fencing before and liked their product, so tried them for again for a different design. Once again we weren't disappointed with their top quality materials.
This time I ordered direct over the internet. Within an hour, I received a phone call to correct what turned out to be a mistake in my order. Who else would have done that and saved me the problem of having to exchange items I didn't need.
Unfortunately one item didn't get loaded on the lorry on delivery day. But not a problem for Jacksons. The delivery driver phoned the office and the missing parts turned up by courier the next day. Four stars, because delivery wasn't perfect, but full marks to Jacksons for sorting everything out so efficiently.
