I have used this service 2-3 times but all the times I had an terrible experience. You have t keep follow up with customer, wait for their reply. raise 5-6 ticket but it takes atleast 10-12 to transfer your money.

I have come accross another site "transferwise" which is really reliable and you can transfer uptp 3000 euro for free and rate is good. Use refer link to get the free transaction transfer wise.
