This is the 4th occasion that Yodel has been 'chosen' to deliver goods to me by various internet compnanies. 1st time, 2 mobile phones 'went missing' in transit. 2nd time, delivery to wrong address. 3rd time, goods delivered, but in 3 separate deliveries! at least I got the items though. 4th time, today, waited in all day for Yodel and then was notified on tracking status that delivery 'had been missed' and note had been posted through door. Yodel had gone to wrong address yet again. Unable to contact them to complain as they only seem to have a recorded re-delivery option. PLEASE PLEASE people, avoid these jokers like the plague. If I could give Yodel a minus 5 star rating, that would still be too charitable.
