“site crashes, higher prices and 'unexpected errors'”

started on skyscanner where i was looking to book a return flight to Bangkok, was given the travel up site to book through. As skyscanner is a trusted site which gave you no hidden fees but took you right to the airline i was disappointing to see that my tickets had gone up by almost 50 pounds. After filling in passenger details and clicking to go onto the payment i was brought onto a page with 'unexpected errors' meaning i had to refresh my whole search again. I was made to do this at least four times before i was able to book the tickets which then got a further 10 pounds more expensive! overall i would probably recommend booking the flights over the phone or another travel booking site even if it is a couple odd more expensive at it will more than likely make it cheaper for you in the long run. Will absolutely not be using travel up again.
