“Biased and on the side if the company”

Don't bother with this service.They believe everything the company tell them and would not even wait for my subject access request to come from AXA
Once they knew I had applied for a subject access request,they couldn't wait to rush it through.you are far better off to go to the smsll claims court where the company won't find it so easy to find an allie like they do with the ombudsman.In any case they only uphold 30%of claims which says it all.The woman was rude and even asked me if I would prefer to go to a solicitor.Don't waste your time on these people.
