“Traumatic day over”

Without going into too much detail, I ordered a fridge freezer and cancelled it then had to re-order and re-cancel! AO were absolutely fantastic. There was no query about it, other than they seemed genuinely interested in my tale of woe, and there was no cancellation fee for either transaction.

I'm so impressed and will definately make my next purchase from them.
