when you have a bathroom fitted theirs a reason they make you pay up front workmen due at 9 am no show phone b and q up 4 times still know return call, poor workmanship pull old shower unit out leave a massive hole in the celling, oh yeah it not in are contract to fix that.... boil brakes on th same day fitted the new plumping oh yeah not us...
