As stated great furniture but poor customer service.
I was probably unlucky to get one of the pushiest, arrogant and rude sales assistant.
Assistant? What a joke. No assistance just a barrage of unhelpful quotes and rude questioning.
I didn't want their wax and pay £40 for a designated delivery slot.
I really object to threats of invalid warranties if I don't buy their polish. As to a guaranteed delivery slot, don't waste your money, I received a delivery slot on the same day that I would have got for £40.
A thought for Oakfurnitureland, there are a lot of you out there now. The customer is spoilt for choice.
